Crimson

Shoes stand on the line between casual and dressy.  Simply switching to flat sandals would cross you over to the casual end of the spectrum. Wedges, like these, shift the outfit the other way. What you put on your feet truly can determine a level of dress.ImageImageImage

Palm Trees

We happen to be at a loss for palm trees here in Michigan… but I seem to have found an alternative.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Neutrals and Turquoise

I really like the idea of wearing an entirely monochromatic or neutral outfit with the exception of one accessory. Here I am wearing off-white corduroys, a tan sweater, a turquoise bag (pop of color), and sneakers that I have held onto since the seventh grade. I am always reluctant to get rid of clothes because I know I will pull them back out after a while. Some may call it hoarding but it seems to work out well for me.

More Tie-Dye

As you can see the snow has melted and I could not be happier about it! It’s finally necessary to wear sunnies again.

This tie-dye dress is almost like a t-shirt – super comfy and great with delicate sandals like this turquoise pair.
