I really like the idea of wearing an entirely monochromatic or neutral outfit with the exception of one accessory. Here I am wearing off-white corduroys, a tan sweater, a turquoise bag (pop of color), and sneakers that I have held onto since the seventh grade. I am always reluctant to get rid of clothes because I know I will pull them back out after a while. Some may call it hoarding but it seems to work out well for me.

As you can see the snow has melted and I could not be happier about it! It’s finally necessary to wear sunnies again.
This tie-dye dress is almost like a t-shirt – super comfy and great with delicate sandals like this turquoise pair.

Linen baby-doll tops, like this one, are the perfect Spring piece. I will wear it with colored jeans, over a fitted skirt, and even as a beach cover-up. I would consider it to be the essential Spring top.

Finally wearing shorts- and sunglasses too! I love these black and white floral shorts from H&M, especially with my favorite denim shirt.

It may technically be Spring but it’s still too cold to wear a little dress all by itself. Throw a loose sweater on overtop and Voilá! A skater-dress shape works best, along with a cropped sweater. This way you can avoid it from looking boxy.

This trench coat is great because it’s a subtle animal print, not too crazy. For needed sparkle- layer necklaces over a plain white tee.
It is now March but the snow remains…
